Oat bread in a jar

All the ingredients needed to prepare a delicious oat bread enclosed in a decorative jar.

Ingredients

  • Eggs: 2
  • Powdered sugar: 45 g
  • Brown sugar: 60 g
  • Cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate: 50 g
  • Kefir: 240 g
  • Wheat flour: 220 g
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Walnuts: 120 g
  • Rolled oats: 110 g
  • Baking powder: 1.5 teaspoons
  • Baking soda: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: 0.5 teaspoon

Preparation

Transfer the contents of the jar into a bowl. In another bowl, pour kefir or buttermilk, add eggs and olive oil – mix. Combine the contents of both bowls, stirring.

Transfer the dough into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Place it in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 40-45 minutes. To check if the bread is baked, insert a toothpick – it should come out dry.
