- Pineapple – 100 g

Waffle batter
- Powdered sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Butter – 70 g
- Milk – 200 ml
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla – 3 g
- Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons
- Agave syrup – 1 tablespoon
- Plain flour (type 450) – 200 g
Whipped cream
- Agave syrup – 2 tablespoons
- 30% cream – 400 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Beat Egg Yolks Separate egg whites from yolks. Beat the yolks with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar. Add vanilla seeds, melted butter, and peanut butter. Mix well. Combine flour with baking powder. Gradually add it to the yolks, alternating with milk.
Step 2: Combine Waffle Ingredients Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form with the remaining powdered sugar. Combine with the batter. Mix thoroughly and let it sit for 10 minutes. Bake waffles in a waffle maker until the batter is used up.
Step 3: Bake the Waffles Whip the well-chilled cream. Towards the end of whipping, add agave syrup. Arrange cooled waffles in layers. Drizzle them with agave syrup, spread whipped cream and fruits between the layers. Decorate the top layer of the cake with fruits and whipped cream.
