Ingredients
- Whipping cream 30%, 100 ml
- Mascarpone cheese, 3 tablespoons
- Strawberries, 1 handful
- Powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla sugar for cakes and desserts, 2 tablespoons
- Round sponge fingers, 8 pieces
Preparation
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form with vanilla sugar. Add mascarpone cheese and continue beating for a while on low speed.
Blend the strawberries into a puree with powdered sugar. Crumble 3 sponge fingers into each dessert glass, then layer with mascarpone cream.
Finally, top with the prepared strawberry mousse and decorate with a whole sponge finger.
