Ingredients
- Blueberries: 100g
- Vanilla ice cream: 100ml
- Raspberries: 140g
- Heavy cream (30%): 25ml
- Strawberries: 140g
- Strawberry ice cream: 100ml
Preparation
Pour the well-chilled heavy cream into a bowl or tall container and whip until stiff peaks form. Wash the fruits. Cut the strawberries in half. Divide the ice cream and fruits into two cups. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
Ice cream can also be served with blended raspberries with a little sugar or melted chocolate.
