Ice-cream Ragweed

Exquisite, fruity ice cream that impresses with its elegance and richness of flavors.

Ingredients

  • Strawberry jelly – 1 package
  • Lemon jelly – 1 package
  • Ice cream with nuts – 1 package
  • Blueberries – 6 tablespoons
  • Strawberries – 12
  • Blackberries – 12
  • Cream (30%) – 150 ml
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 package
  • Almond flakes – 5 tablespoons
  • Wafer rolls – 6
  • Chocolate sauce – 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Jelly Dissolve the jellies in boiling water according to the package instructions. Pour the prepared jellies into a flat tray and place them in the fridge to set. Once set, cut the jelly into pieces.

Step 2: Whip the Cream Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form (you can use ready-made whipped cream if preferred).

Step 3: Assemble the Ice Cream Cups Place 2 tablespoons of each jelly at the bottom of ice cream cups. Add a scoop of ice cream on top of the jelly pieces.

Step 4: Add Fruits and Decorate Top the ice cream with the fruits. Garnish the dessert with a generous dollop of whipped cream. Insert a wafer roll into each dessert, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and sprinkle with toasted almond flakes.
