Ingredients
For the Hot Chocolate
- White chocolate: 10 dag
- Milk chocolate: 10 dag
- Milk: 500 milliliters
For the Cookies
- Cake flour: 1 cup
- Powdered sugar: 0.25 cup
- Margarine: 10 dag
- Egg yolks: 2 pieces
- Ground ginger: 0.25 teaspoon
- Ground cinnamon: 0.5 teaspoon
Additionally
- Marshmallow fluff: 0.5 cup
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tablespoon
Preparation
- Cookies: Put flour, cinnamon, ginger, and powdered sugar into a bowl. Rub the margarine with the tips of your fingers with these ingredients. Add egg yolks and knead the dough. Set the dough aside in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough and cut out cookies with a gingerbread man-shaped cookie cutter. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Set aside to cool after baking.
- Hot Chocolate: First, heat the milk until warm. Break the chocolate into pieces. Gradually add it to the warm milk while stirring continuously. Cook until all the chocolate is completely melted.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs. Add marshmallow fluff, decorate with cookies, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Ready to enjoy!
