Half-French Cookies with Marmalade

Half-French Cookies with Marmalade

Indulge in a moment of delight with this excellent cookie recipe.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour: 3 cups
  • 18% cream: 1 cup
  • Margarine: 250 grams
  • Marmalade
  • Powdered sugar
  • Cinnamon: a pinch

Preparation

  1. Knead the dough from the provided ingredients. Divide it into 3 parts and roll out each separately on a floured countertop. Cut the rolled-out dough into squares, approximately 5cm each. Place a little marmalade in the center of each square, fold it in half, and press the edges with a fork to seal and create patterns.
  2. Place the finished cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. As the cookies do not expand much during baking, they can be placed close together. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius and bake for about 10 minutes. Once baked and cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
