Green smoothie with wild herbs

An easy way to refresh with green goodness! Be sure to try the recipe for a smoothie with wild herbs!

Ingredients

  • Honey – 1 tablespoon
  • Cucumber – 300 g
  • Oranges – 2 pieces
  • Water – 300 ml
  • Mixed greens – 75 g
  • Red apples – 2 pieces

Preparation

Peel and chop the cucumber into large chunks. Wash the wild herbs and let them dry. Peel the apples, quarter them, and remove the seeds. Set aside 4 thin slices for decoration, and chop the rest into cubes. Peel the oranges and quarter them.

Blend all the ingredients with 300 ml of cold water. Season to taste with honey and pour into glasses. Serve decorated with apple slices.
