- Avocado – 0.5 pc.
- Pear – 1 pc.
- Kale – 20 g
- Raspberries – 60 g
- Soy milk – 115 ml
- Oats – 1 tablespoon
- Maple syrup – 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients Cut the avocado in half. Thoroughly wash the pear and remove the seeds, then cut into smaller pieces.
Step 2: Blend Everything Together In the blender, combine the avocado, pear, soy milk, maple syrup, oats, and a handful of kale, preferably frozen. Blend everything thoroughly, pour into a glass, and decorate with raspberries.
