Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Base for the Cheesecake Combine the cookies with cinnamon and salt in a blender. Blend finely. Add melted butter and mix thoroughly until the ingredients combine, forming a pliable mass.
Step 2: Pre-Bake the Cheesecake Base Transfer the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press down and level from the top. Place in an oven preheated to 160°C while preparing the cheese filling.
