Ingredients

Pancakes

  • Banana – 1 piece
  • Cinnamon – a pinch
  • Egg – 2 pieces
  • Milk – 50 ml

Apple sauce

  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Red apple – 1 kg

Preparation

Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. Dice them into small pieces and put them in a saucepan. Drizzle with the juice of half a lemon. Mix. Add water and honey to the apples, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Put bananas, eggs in a blender bowl. Season with cinnamon. Pour in a little milk and blend until smooth. Fry in a small amount of oil on a well-heated pan. Serve with the apple sauce.
