A superb, lightly spicy, yet exceptionally healthy drink. You must try it.
Ingredients
- 3 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 3 lemons
- 1 lime
- 1 orange
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1 liter still water
- 1 sprig of mint
Preparation
Peel and finely grate the ginger, then place it in a pitcher. Thoroughly scrub the fruits, then cut them in half. Slice 2 rounds from each fruit half and add them to the pitcher with the ginger. Sprinkle with sugar. Squeeze the juice from the remaining fruits and pour it into the pitcher. Add water and mint leaves. Mix thoroughly.
