Ingredients
- Banana – 1 piece
- Peach – 3 pieces
- Raspberry – 30 g
- Fresh mint – 2 tablespoons
- Hazelnuts – 20 g
- Oat flakes – 2 tablespoons
- Plant-based milk – 250 ml
Preparation
Step 1: Blend the Fruits Peel the banana and peaches. Remove the peach pits and chop the peaches into chunks. Transfer the fruits to a blender along with the plant-based milk. Blend until all ingredients are well combined.
Step 2: Toast the Oat Flakes Toast the oat flakes in a pan until golden brown.
Step 3: Decorate the Smoothie Pour the smoothie into bowls. Decorate with a pattern of oat flakes, raspberries, hazelnuts, and fresh mint leaves.
