Papaya and Pear Smoothie
- Brown sugar – 2 teaspoons
- Pear – 2 pieces
- Lime – 0.5 piece
- Almond beverage – 300 ml
- Papaya – 1 piece

Mango and Fig Smoothie
- Fig – 5 pieces
- Mango – 1 piece
- Fresh mint – 2 g
- Strawberry – 20 pieces
- Agave syrup – 1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk – 300 ml
- Almond beverage – 100 ml
Lychee, Plum, and Nectarine Smoothie
- Nectarine – 2 pieces
- Cashew nuts – 30 g
- Lychee fruit – 1 piece
- Rice milk – 150 ml
- Plum – 24 g
Preparation
Step 1: Prepare the Papaya and Pear Smoothie Peel and dice the fruits, removing seeds where necessary. Place them in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses.
Step 2: Prepare the Mango and Fig Smoothie Peel and pit the mango, then cut into pieces. Cut the figs into smaller chunks. Place the fruits in a blender with coconut milk, agave syrup, and mint. Blend until smooth. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and blend with almond beverage. Pour into glasses in layers.
Step 3: Prepare the Lychee, Plum, and Nectarine Smoothie Peel, pit, and chop the fruits into smaller pieces. Place them in a blender with rice milk and cashew nuts. Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses.
