- Rolled Oats – 4 tablespoons
- Cashews – 2 tablespoons
- Hot Water – ~1/2 cup
- Banana – 1
- Raspberries (or Strawberries) – 1 cup
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 or 2 tablespoons (to taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Oats and Nuts: Place the rolled oats and cashews into a blender. Pour hot water over them and let it sit for a few minutes to allow the oats to soften and the cashews to begin to soften.
- Add Ingredients: Add the peeled banana, raspberries (or strawberries), milk, and sugar to the blender.
