Ingredients
- Blueberries – 100 g
- Vanilla ice cream – 100 ml
- Raspberries – 140 g
- 30% cream – 25 ml
- Strawberries – 140 g
- Strawberry ice cream – 100 ml
Preparation:
Step 1: Whip the Cream Pour the well-chilled cream into a bowl or tall container and whip until stiff peaks form. Wash the fruits. Cut the strawberries in half.
Step 2: Layer Ice Cream and Fruits in Glasses Divide the ice cream and fruits into two glasses. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream.
Ice cream can also be served with mashed raspberries mixed with a little sugar or melted chocolate.
