Ingredients

  • Mango – 1 piece
  • Yellow kiwi – 2 pieces
  • Blueberries – 0.75 cup
  • Natural yogurt – 150 grams
  • Mascarpone cheese – 50 grams
  • Erythritol – 2 teaspoons
  • Mint – 1 sprig

Preparation

Step 1: Peel and pit the mango, then blend the remaining flesh into a smooth puree*. Add natural yogurt, mascarpone cheese, and erythritol** to the blended mango, and mix vigorously.
