Quick pancakes for breakfast or afternoon snack
Ingredients
- 200 g kefir
- 2 eggs
- 150 g flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
- Pour kefir into a bowl, add eggs, and whisk with a fork. Add flour (preferably sifted directly into the bowl), baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and oil. Mix with a whisk or gently whisk until the ingredients are combined into a smooth and uniform batter.
- Heat a frying pan, ladle about 1 full tablespoon of batter onto it, leaving some space between each pancake. Fry over moderate heat for about 2 minutes, until they rise and are nicely browned on the bottom. Then, flip them over with a spatula and repeat frying.
