Ingredients
- 120 g baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1 ripe and sweet mango, peeled and chopped
- Apple juice or mineral water
- 8 ice cubes for serving (optional)
Preparation
- Rinse and dry the spinach leaves, then place them alternately with mango and mint leaves in a blender container. Pour in 1/2 cup of apple juice or mineral water and start blending. Stir a few times to ensure all ingredients are thoroughly blended, adding more juice or water if needed.
- Place 2 ice cubes in each glass, pour in the smoothie, and serve.
