The queen of autumnal desserts, namely apple crumble, this time in an express version! Prepare a quick apple crumble in glasses and enjoy the flavor of caramelized apples, biscuits, and whipped cream!
Ingredients
- Sugar – 150 g
- Powdered sugar – 20 g
- Cinnamon – 4 g
- 30% Cream – 400 ml
- Green Apple – 500 g
- Butter Cookies – 400 g
For Decoration
- Powdered sugar – 10 g
- Cinnamon – 8 g
- Cinnamon stick – 18 g
Preparation
Step 1: Caramelize the Apples
Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and then into large cubes.
Sprinkle sugar evenly on a dry, heated pan. Heat, without stirring, until it dissolves and changes color to golden.
Add the chopped apples. Mix and heat until they soften slightly and combine with the caramel, and their juice evaporates. Add cinnamon, mix, and remove the apples from the heat.
Step 2: Cut the Cookies
Cut the cookies into even cubes or crumble them in your hands into smaller pieces.
Step 3: Whip the Cream
Whip the cream in a mixing bowl, starting at low speed. Add powdered sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Step 4: Assemble the Dessert
Layer the bottom of glasses with a portion of cookies, then a portion of caramelized apples. Repeat the process to create 2 layers of cookies and 2 layers of apples. Top the glasses with whipped cream.
Step 5: Decorate the Dessert
Sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar and cinnamon sifted through a fine-mesh sieve. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
