Ingredients:
- 50ml dark rum
- 50ml White Rum
- 1 Passion Fruit
- 1 orange, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 50ml sugar syrup
- 2 teaspoons grenadine
To garnish:
- 4 cocktail cherries
- 2 orange slices
Method:
Prepare the fruit: Halve the passion fruit and scoop out the flesh.
Muddle: In a shaker, pour the dark rum, white rum, passion fruit pulp, orange juice, lemon juice, golden syrup and grenadine.
Shake: Add ice and shake well until chilled.
Garnish: Strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with cocktail cherries and orange slices.
