Simple to prepare and exceptionally delicious.
Ingredients
- Strawberry jelly: 1 packet
- Lemon jelly: 1 packet
- 3.2% milk: 1 cup
- White grapes: 200 g
Preparation
- Dissolve the yellow jelly in 450 ml of boiling water. Let it cool, then pour 3 tablespoons of the jelly into four cups. Add the grapes. Place the cups in the refrigerator to set the jelly. Leave the remaining jelly at room temperature.
- Dissolve the red jelly in half a cup of boiling water. Let it cool.
- Pour a cup of well-chilled milk into the red jelly. Place it in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Mix the jelly with milk for about 10 minutes until it begins to thicken. Quickly distribute it into the cups. Return to the refrigerator.
- Once the foam sets, place halved grapes on top. Pour the remaining yellow jelly over it and refrigerate until set.
