Ingredients
- Flour: 3/4 cup
- Buttermilk: 3/4 cup
- Egg: 1 piece
- Oil: 1 tablespoon
- Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
- Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Heavy cream: 150 ml
- Powdered sugar: 1 teaspoon
- Fresh raspberries
- Blackberries
- Cream cheese: 200 grams (natural)
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes.
- Pour about a tablespoon of the batter onto a hot pan (preferably for pancakes), forming small pancakes.
- When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them over to the other side.
- Once done, top with cream cheese, decorate with whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar, and serve with raspberries.
