Cocoa Pancakes with Cream Cheese, Cream, and Raspberries

Ingredients

  • Flour: 3/4 cup
  • Buttermilk: 3/4 cup
  • Egg: 1 piece
  • Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Cocoa powder: 1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Heavy cream: 150 ml
  • Powdered sugar: 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Cream cheese: 200 grams (natural)

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the pancakes.
  2. Pour about a tablespoon of the batter onto a hot pan (preferably for pancakes), forming small pancakes.
  3. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancakes, flip them over to the other side.
  4. Once done, top with cream cheese, decorate with whipped cream sweetened with powdered sugar, and serve with raspberries.
