Ingredients

  • rolled oats: 4 tablespoons
  • plant-based milk: 150 ml
  • Purella powdered cocoa: 1 tablespoon
  • Purella raw cacao nibs: 1 tablespoon
  • Purella lucuma powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Purella white mulberries: 1 tablespoon
  • pomegranate seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • cinnamon: a large pinch
  • fresh mint
  • hazelnuts: 1-2 tablespoons

Preparation

Pour the plant-based milk over the rolled oats. Add the powdered cocoa, cinnamon, and lucuma powder. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes.

Transfer the oatmeal to bowls. Top with cacao nibs, pomegranate seeds, white mulberries, mint leaves, and chopped hazelnuts.
