Check out the recipe for a dessert that stimulates all the senses! Smooth chocolate mousse with raspberries will delight everyone!
Ingredients
Raspberry layer
- Powdered sugar – 15 g
- Water – 20 g
- Gelatin – 3 g
- Frozen raspberries – 100 g
Chocolate mousse
- Milk chocolate – 50 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs.
- 30% cream – 200 g
- Dark chocolate – 50 g
Preparation
Soak the gelatin in cold water. Mix raspberries with powdered sugar and blend them.
Dissolve the soaked gelatin – this can be done in the microwave or in a saucepan: heat slowly, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
Combine the dissolved gelatin with the raspberries. Pour the prepared raspberry mousse into the bottom of dessert glasses.
Whip the well-chilled cream. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks. Combine milk chocolate with dark chocolate, then melt in the microwave or in a double boiler. Next, combine the whipped cream with the beaten egg yolks and slightly cooled, melted chocolate, mixing thoroughly. Pour the prepared mousse over the raspberries in the dessert glasses. Chill the desserts in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
Before serving, lightly dust the desserts with cocoa powder and decorate with fresh raspberries and chocolate sticks filled with yogurt-chocolate filling.
