Ingredients

Chocolate:

  • Dark chocolate (>70% cocoa) – 200 g
  • Milk chocolate – 300 g
  • Heavy cream (30%) – 200 ml

Fruits:

  • Pineapple – 0.5
  • Bananas – 2
  • Kiwi – 2
  • Strawberries – 150 g
  • White grapes – 150 g

Toppings:

  • Cashew nuts – 50 g
  • Pistachios – 50 g
  • Sunflower seeds – 50 g

Preparation

Step 1: Melt the chocolate

Pour the heavy cream into a saucepan. Add the crushed dark and milk chocolate and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth. Wash and dry the strawberries and grapes with a paper towel. Peel and cut the kiwi, bananas, and pineapple into cubes about 2 x 2 cm in size. Thread the fruits onto skewers.

Step 2: Toast the nuts

Spread the pistachios, cashew nuts, and sunflower seeds separately on baking sheets and place them in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 6 minutes, until golden brown. After removing them from the oven, let each ingredient cool, then crush them in a mortar.

Step 3: Dip the fruits in chocolate

Pour the melted chocolate into a fondue pot. Place the crushed nuts, sunflower seeds, and pistachios in small bowls. Dip the fruits first in the chocolate, then in the toppings.
