A snack that will delight everyone – without exception.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 200 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 135 g flour
Preparation:
Rinse and dry the blueberries. Prepare a classic 12-cup muffin tin, line with paper liners.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
Place the butter in a saucepan, add 150 g of dark chocolate broken into pieces (reserve the rest for later), and melt over low heat, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until pale and fluffy (about 5 minutes). Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture, and mix until smooth.
Add the flour and mix until a smooth batter forms. Gently fold in the blueberries using a spoon.
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin cups. Sprinkle the remaining chopped chocolate on top of each muffin.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 – 27 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Enjoy your delicious chocolate blueberry muffins!
