Cheesecake Bites on Oat Base

Cheesecake bites for the Easter table: one for every sweet tooth! The nutty-oat base and chocolate-cheese filling perfectly complement each other in this delicious dessert. You’ll fall in love with it from the first spoonful!

Ingredients

Base

  • Oat cookies – 200 g
  • Butter – 3 tablespoons
  • Peanut butter – 2 tablespoons

Cheese Filling

  • Dark chocolate – 200 g
  • Dulce de leche – 2 tablespoons
  • Mascarpone cheese – 500 g
  • Peanut butter – 3 tablespoons

Preparation

Step 1: Prepare the Cheesecake Bases Finely grind the cookies (to sand-like consistency) in a blender or food processor. Transfer to a bowl. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add it to the ground cookies. Add the peanut butter. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are combined, forming a cohesive mixture.

Transfer the prepared mixture onto the base of muffin tins.

Step 2: Prepare the Cheese Filling Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add dulce de leche and peanut butter to the melted chocolate. Mix well. Combine the prepared mixture with mascarpone cheese and blend.

Step 3: Chill the Cheesecake Bites Spread the cheese filling onto the prepared bases in the muffin tins. Chill the cheesecake bites in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
