Delicious, crumbly cookies that melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Butter: 100 grams
- Egg: 1 small
- Brown sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Black sesame seeds: 1-2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/3 teaspoon
- Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Vanilla extract: a few drops
Preparation
Grind the sugar into powder using a grinder. Mix the all-purpose flour with baking powder, salt, and ground sugar. Add the softened butter and mix in a food processor or chopper. Add the vanilla extract, sesame seeds, and egg, and mix for a short while.
Finish kneading the dough by hand. Chill in the refrigerator.
Roll out the dough between two sheets of plastic wrap to prevent it from crumbling or sticking. Cut out circles using a glass and place them, spaced apart, on parchment paper.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). After cooling, remove from the baking sheet. Store in an airtight container.
