A delicious blueberry smoothie with a hint of tahini (sesame paste). You can omit the tahini if you don’t have it, but it adds a unique flavor and is worth buying or making yourself. It’s also used in hummus. The blueberry smoothie itself is refreshing and healthy.
Ingredients
- blueberries, 1 cup
- milk, 1/2 cup
- buttermilk or yogurt, 1/2 cup
- banana, 1/2
- honey, 1 tsp
- tahini (optional), 1 tbsp
Preparation
Place all the ingredients into a blender: washed blueberries, milk, buttermilk, peeled banana, honey, and tahini if using. Blend until smooth.
