Made with yogurt and fruit juice, with the addition of banana.
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons blueberries
- 1 banana (about 200 – 250 g)
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 100 ml apple juice or pineapple juice
Preparation:
Place rinsed blueberries and peeled banana into the blender jug. Add yogurt and juice, then blend until smooth.
Serving suggestion:
- Whipped cream
- Blueberries
- Mint leaf
