Blueberry-coconut smoothie with natural yogurt and lime juice.
Ingredients
- Coconut milk, 1/2 cup
- Natural yogurt, 1/2 cup
- Blueberries, 1/2 cup
- Juice of 1 lime
- Sugar, 1 tbsp
- Honey or maple syrup, 1 tbsp
- Coconut liqueur (optional), about 25-50 ml
- Ice cubes, about 6
Preparation
Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a standing blender (ingredients can be chilled in the refrigerator beforehand). You can also reserve some of the fruit and coconut milk for garnish.
