Blueberry-Coconut Smoothie

Blueberry-coconut smoothie with natural yogurt and lime juice.

Ingredients

  • Coconut milk, 1/2 cup
  • Natural yogurt, 1/2 cup
  • Blueberries, 1/2 cup
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Sugar, 1 tbsp
  • Honey or maple syrup, 1 tbsp
  • Coconut liqueur (optional), about 25-50 ml
  • Ice cubes, about 6

Preparation

Blend all ingredients thoroughly in a standing blender (ingredients can be chilled in the refrigerator beforehand). You can also reserve some of the fruit and coconut milk for garnish.
