Ingredients
Shake
- Brown Sugar – 15 g
- Milk – 500 ml
- Cherry – 350 g
- Cherry – 80 g
- Heavy Cream 30% – 100 ml
- Cherry Yogurt – 150 g
Syrup
- Brown Sugar – 50 g
- Dark Chocolate – 75 g
Preparation
Step 1: Melt the Chocolate Finely chop the chocolate. Bring sugar to a boil with 75 ml of water and cook over high heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and melt the chocolate in the syrup, stirring. Let it cool.
Step 2: Pour the Beverage Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Drain the cherries and blend them with milk, yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar until smooth. Optionally, add more sugar and pour into 4 glasses. Add 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup to each glass, allowing it to flow down the inner wall of the glass. Decorate with a dollop of whipped cream, drizzle with the remaining syrup, and garnish with cherries as desired. Serve immediately.
