Ingredients
- Vanilla pudding mix – 40 g
- Sugar – 70 g
- Cherries – 350 g
- Frozen raspberries – 170 g
- Frozen strawberries – 170 g
- Blueberries – 170 g
- Currants – 170 g
- Lemon zest – 0.25 teaspoon
Preparation
Thaw the frozen fruits. Drain the cherries from the jar over a sieve, collecting the juice in a bowl. Mix the pudding powder, cherry juice, sugar, and lemon zest in the mixing container (with the measuring cup attached) for 20 seconds/speed 4.
Cook for 8 minutes/speed 3/100°C. Initially, the jelly may appear cloudy, but after a while of cooking, it will become transparent. If the jelly is still cloudy after the allotted time, continue cooking (with the measuring cup attached) for an additional 2 minutes/speed 3/100°C. Transfer the jelly to a bowl and immediately mix it with the fruits. Chill in the refrigerator.
