Banana-Coconut Oatmeal

Prepare a breakfast with a Thai twist! Coconut milk oatmeal with bananas will kickstart any morning!

Ingredients

  • Banana – 4 pieces
  • Oat flakes – 4 tablespoons
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Agave syrup – 1 tablespoon
  • Lime – 1 piece
  • Coconut milk – 400 ml
  • White sesame seeds – 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1: Boil the Coconut Milk Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan. Bring the coconut milk to a boil in a saucepan. Add the oat flakes, salt, and agave syrup. Cook until the oat flakes are soft. Finely chop 2 bananas and add them to the oatmeal.

Step 2: Decorate the Oatmeal Transfer the oatmeal to a bowl. Decorate with the remaining bananas, sliced in half lengthwise. Sprinkle with grated lime zest and toasted sesame seeds. Drizzle with lime juice.
