Banana-Chocolate Trifle

Prepare a quick dessert with cookies, bananas, and chocolate mousse!

Ingredients

  • Bananas – 2 pcs.
  • Confectioners’ sugar – 40 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Amaretto liqueur – 2 tablespoons
  • 30% cream – 120 g
  • Neo chocolate cookies – 100 g
  • Dark chocolate – 50 g

Preparation

Step 1: Melt the Chocolate Chop the chocolate and melt it in a water bath. Then let it cool. Crack the egg, beat the egg white until stiff. Also, whip 90 g of cream until stiff.

Step 2: Prepare the Chocolate Mass Beat the egg yolk with sifted powdered sugar until thick and pale cream for 2-3 minutes. Add the remaining liquid cream and mix. Slowly add the chocolate, stirring, and beat well. Add the whipped cream and beaten egg whites and mix. Place the mousse in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Step 3: Assemble the Dessert in Jars Crumble the cookies and divide them into 4 jars. Drizzle with liqueur. Peel and slice 1 banana into thin slices. Arrange on the cookies and cover with chocolate mousse. Place the jars covered in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, peel the second banana and slice it. Decorate the trifles with the banana slices.
