Banana bingerbread patmeal

Banana bingerbread patmeal

This version of oatmeal is nutritious and very aromatic. Try it, and you’ll see that every morning will become better.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes, 4 tablespoons
  • Plant-based milk, 200 ml
  • ripe banana ,1 pc
  • apple, 1 pc
  • Gingerbread spice, 2/3 teaspoon
  • Several walnuts
  • light sesame seeds or pumpkin seeds, 1 teaspoon
  • Maple syrup

Preparation

Begin by washing the fruits. Grate the apple using the large holes of a grater—make sure to include the skin. I grate the apple directly into the saucepan in which I’ll be cooking the oatmeal. This way, I don’t have to wash additional dishes.

To the grated apple, add the measured oat flakes, plant-based milk, gingerbread spice, and sliced banana. Mix everything thoroughly to evenly distribute the spice.

Cook the oatmeal until the flakes soften. Once cooked, transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and sprinkle it with walnuts and sesame seeds. If you desire, you can drizzle it with maple syrup—it will be even sweeter.
