Banana and Fruit Puree Oatmeal

This classic meal is perfect for a light diet, and with the addition of fresh bananas and a strawberry puree, it delivers plenty of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, potassium, and magnesium. Ingredients

  • Quick oats 5 tbsp (50 g)
  • Milk 1 cup (250 ml)
  • Protein powder 1.5 tbsp (15 g)
  • Peanut butter 2 tsp (20 g)
  • Strawberries 150 g
  • Erythritol 2 tsp (10 g)
  • Banana 0.5 piece (about 60 g)

Preparation

  1. Place the strawberries and erythritol in a saucepan and heat until the fruits begin to break down. Pass the hot strawberries through a sieve to remove seeds.
  2. Cook the oats in milk until soft. You can pour the oats with hot milk and leave for about 10 minutes to soften.
  3. Add protein powder and peanut butter to the oats, mix well.
  4. Peel and slice the banana, arrange over the prepared oats. Finally, drizzle with the fruit puree.
