Banana and Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • rolled oats, 4 tablespoons
  • milk, 1 cup
  • large banana, 1
  • blueberries, 1 handful
  • cranberries, 1 handful
  • walnuts, 1 handful
  • flaxseed, 1/2 teaspoon
  • ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Place the oats in a medium saucepan and pour in the milk. Cook over low heat until the oats are soft. Add a tablespoon of cinnamon and mix well. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add chopped walnuts, sliced banana, blueberries, and flaxseed. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the oatmeal.
