Apple Pie Energy Balls

These balls are a delicious snack that capture the comforting flavours of homemade apple pie in a convenient, no-bake form. Made with wholesome ingredients such as Medjool dates, oats, dried apples, almond butter, toasted pecans and cinnamon, they offer a balance of natural sweetness and spice.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup Medjool dates, stoned and chopped
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped dried apples
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond butter
  • ¼ cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Method:

Soak the dates in hot water for about 10 minutes to soften, then drain.

In a food processor, combine the softened dates, oats, dried apples, almond butter, toasted pecans and ground cinnamon.

Process until the mixture is very finely chopped and sticks together when squeezed.

Scoop out the mixture by the tablespoonful and roll into balls.

Refrigerate the Energy Balls for at least 15 minutes to set before serving.
