Ingredients

  • Rolled oats: 4 tablespoons
  • Apple sauce: 4 tablespoons
  • Cinnamon: 1/3 teaspoon
  • Almond butter: 1 level tablespoon
  • Plant-based milk: 150 ml

Preparation

In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Pour in the plant-based milk and add 3 tablespoons of apple sauce—mix everything thoroughly.

Don’t forget the almond butter. Bring all the ingredients to a boil, making sure not to burn them. The almond butter should melt. Once the oatmeal reaches a creamy consistency, transfer it to a bowl, add a tablespoon of apple sauce, and sprinkle it with cinnamon.
