A delightful dessert in a jar featuring lemon cream and crumbled biscuits. Perfect for picnics or parties.
Ingredients:
- Sugar – 2 tablespoons
- Lemons – 4 pieces
- Vanilla extract – 1 teaspoon
- Biscuits – 50 g
- Eggs – 2 pieces
- Natural yogurt – 300 g
- Butter – 30 g
- Honey – 2 tablespoons
- Cream cheese – 100 g
- Heavy cream (30%) – 150 g
Preparation:
From one lemon, grate the zest. Squeeze the juice from all the lemons into a saucepan. Place on low heat and add the eggs after a while. Stir constantly, add honey to the mixture. Remove the lemon cream from the heat, add cold butter in pieces and lemon juice. Mix and set aside to cool.
Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
In a bowl, combine yogurt, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. In jars, layer crumbled biscuits, lemon cream, and vanilla cream. Garnish the dessert with whipped cream and lemon zest.
