- Ripe, soft mango (1)
- Peeled pineapple or yellow melon (125 g)
- Lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon, about 3 tablespoons)
- Tangerine juice (from 6 tangerines) or Orange juice (from 1.5 oranges)
- Clear apple juice (about 2/3 cup)
Preparation
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and place the flesh into a blender. Add the pineapple or melon, lemon juice (be careful not to include any seeds), and tangerine juice (you can use a hand citrus juicer for this). Add the apple juice and blend until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add more apple juice.
