Ingredients
- rolled oats, 4 tablespoons
- milk, 1 cup
- large banana, 1
- blueberries, 1 handful
- cranberries, 1 handful
- walnuts, 1 handful
- flaxseed, 1/2 teaspoon
- ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon
Preparation
Place the oats in a medium saucepan and pour in the milk. Cook over low heat until the oats are soft. Add a tablespoon of cinnamon and mix well. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and add chopped walnuts, sliced banana, blueberries, and flaxseed. Finally, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the oatmeal.
