Blueberry Smoothie

Made with yogurt and fruit juice, with the addition of banana.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 banana (about 200 – 250 g)
  • 200 g plain yogurt
  • 100 ml apple juice or pineapple juice

Preparation:

Place rinsed blueberries and peeled banana into the blender jug. Add yogurt and juice, then blend until smooth.

Serving suggestion:

  • Whipped cream
  • Blueberries
  • Mint leaf
