Ingredients

- 500ml coconut water or plant-based milk (or regular milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (bitter, natural)
- 50g dates
Preparation
Pour coconut water or milk into the blender container. Add peeled banana, cocoa, and dates (make sure they are pitted). Blend until smooth.
