Gluten-Free Pancakes with Apple Sauce

Ingredients:

Pancakes:

  • Banana – 1 piece
  • Cinnamon – a pinch
  • Egg – 2 pieces
  • Milk – 50 ml

Apple Sauce:

  • Lemon – 1 piece
  • Honey – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 100 ml
  • Red apples – 1 kg

Preparation:

First, peel and chop the apples. Peel the apples, cut them into quarters, and remove the seeds. Dice the apples and place them in a pot. Drizzle with the juice from half a lemon. Mix well. Add water and honey to the apples and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

Next, prepare the pancakes. In a blender, combine the banana and eggs. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Pour in a little milk and blend until smooth. Fry on a small amount of oil in a well-heated pan. Serve with apple sauce.
