Ingredients:

- 2 1/2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

- 3 scoops vanilla flavoured whey protein
- 6 tablespoons water
Method:
In a large bowl, combine the whey protein, coconut flour and low-calorie sweetener.
Add the melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Gradually add the water, one tablespoon at a time, stirring until the mixture reaches a doughy consistency.
If you’re using sprinkles, fold them into the mixture.
Using your hands, shape the mixture into bite-sized balls.
Place the Protein Bites on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper.
Leave the Protein Bites to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
