Try oatmeal cookies with rye flour, almonds, and sweet mango!
Ingredients:
- Brown sugar – 50 g
- Egg – 1 piece
- Mango – 60 g
- Butter – 50 g
- Rye flour – 50 g
- Honey – 50 g
- Almond flakes – 50 g
- Oats – 100 g
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare the Dough Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Then add softened butter, honey, egg, and mashed mango. Knead everything thoroughly until a thick mass forms.
Step 2: Wrap the Dough in Plastic Wrap Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: Place the Dough on a Baking Sheet Form the dough into walnut-sized balls. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lightly press down with your hand, keeping some space between them. Bake the cookies in an oven preheated to 185°C for 12-15 minutes.
