Preparation
Strawberry Jelly Transfer strawberries to a saucepan and cook over low heat until softened. Add powdered sugar, cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Blend the mixture. Vanilla Mousse Boil 20 g of sugar with 20 g of water. Beat egg yolks, pour (scald) them with the sugar syrup, and mix briefly, adding vanilla sugar at the end.
Melt the chocolate. Whip the cream. Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pipe the mousse into glasses with the strawberry jelly using a pastry bag. Chill in the fridge for another 40 minutes. Dice strawberries and place them on the set mousse.
Decoration Spread brown sugar on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Melt the chocolate, temper it, and place it in a cornet (a paper cone with a cut end) or a small pastry bag. Draw hearts on the sugar with the melted chocolate and chill for about 10 minutes. Decorate the dessert.
